These Booking Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Website Terms of Use, form the basis of your contract with Adventures & Hikes Ltd, Business Registration Number 80020003172691, with registered offices at 1724 Bukoto–Ntinda Road, Kampala, Uganda.
By making a booking, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
- You have authority to bind all persons named on the booking
- You will share all booking details with all members of the party
- You consent to our use of personal data per our Privacy Policy
- You are over 18 years of age
- You accept full financial responsibility for the booking

Important Notes:
- Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory
- Medical conditions must be disclosed at booking
- Minimum age for gorilla trekking: 15 years

Travel Insurance
Mandatory coverage including medical expenses, evacuation, cancellation, and activity risks.
Health Requirements
Yellow Fever certificate required. Must disclose medical conditions affecting travel.
Force Majeure
Not liable for events beyond control: natural disasters, pandemics, political instability.
Governing Law
Contract governed by laws of Republic of Uganda. Jurisdiction: Kampala courts.
